A local nonprofit organization is hiring a Temporary Night Auditor to work in their Charlestown, MA location from 4PM-12AM. In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day activities of the front desk staff, improving guest and associate satisfaction and maximizing the financial performance of the department.

Responsibilities

  • Temporary Night Auditor will utilize interpersonal skills and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
  • Communicate performance expectations for each position, monitor progress and hold staff accountable for the expectations
  • Manage all aspects of the hotel front desk staff
  • Manage guest issues proactively providing excellent customer service and reactively owning all guest issues and creating a resolution to ensure the guests satisfaction
  • Respond to guest feedback on all third party websites
  • Plan, manage, and execute external and internal events

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of experience in customer service and experience managing several employees
  • Experience using and troubleshooting office machinery including telephones, fax machines and copiers
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Understand the relationship of the general public to the association, of staff to volunteer, and of staff to staff, and be able to effectively enhance and cultivate those relationships
