Temporary HRIS Project Administrative Assistant

2 years of experience in ADP HRIS required

A Boston nonprofit is seeking a highly skilled Temporary HRIS Project Administrative Assistant who has experience working with ADP. Apply to this opportunity to support system setup, test implementations and upgrades, and partner with ADP on resolution of system issues.

Responsibilities

  • HRIS Project Administrative Assistant will enter/archive employees
  • Enter and update employee information including benefit elections
  • Run reports (new hire, termination, promotion, time to fill, EEO, and total staff)
  • Work with the current HR team to review ADP system and identify features that are not being utilized and take ownership of the implementation of new functions (which would include the training/performance management modules)
  • Responsible for data integrity audits and maintenance
  • Provide training on the ADP system to staff
  • Complete any administrative duties needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of experience in ADP HRIS
  • Nonprofit experience highly preferred
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be well organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Must be self motivated professional
