Responsibilities
- Intake Assistant will provide administrative support to all functional areas of a specific program
- Coordinate meetings for program staff
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and prepare purchase orders
- Create and maintain project plans and flow charts for new and ongoing program initiatives
- Coordinate the drafting and revision of varies documents (i.e. letters, policies, procedures, etc.)
- Provide general clerical support, including fax and mail intake
- Contribute to new business development
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Intake Assistant needs strong organizational and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
