  • Intake Assistant will provide administrative support to all functional areas of a specific program
  • Coordinate meetings for program staff
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and prepare purchase orders
  • Create and maintain project plans and flow charts for new and ongoing program initiatives
  • Coordinate the drafting and revision of varies documents (i.e. letters, policies, procedures, etc.)
  • Provide general clerical support, including fax and mail intake
  • Contribute to new business development


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Intake Assistant needs strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
