- IT – Tech Support will assign cases
- Assist with basic tier 1 work – system password resets, etc.
- Communication to customers regarding cases
- Run pre-made reports and review to assist with monitoring database hygiene
- Review internal documentation
- Help to consolidate and update existing documentation on policies and procedures
- Upload to final file location
- Support hours and open case reports
- Take notes in meetings and training sessions
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6 months - 1 year of IT support experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning new computer systems
