A boutique law firm dedicated exclusively to divorce and family law litigation is hiring a Temporary Litigation Paralegal to join its team of professionals. Apply to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including conducting interviews, legal research, document filing, and attending trials.

Responsibilities 

• Litigation Paralegal will interact with clients
• Draft documents, financial statements, pleadings, compile discovery documentation, and maintain client files
• Familiar with court procedures and assist in case preparation for pre-trials and trials

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in domestic relations
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
