Responsibilities

  • Loan Processing Clerk will coordinate and assist with post-purchase quality control activities
  • Review monthly reports used for post-purchase monthly audit selections, preparation and delivery of loan packages to the third-party QC vendor
  • Maintain multiple document tracking mechanisms to track loan audit status to comply with QC plan and agency guidelines
  • Monitor and submission of loan files and missing documentation requested by investors and insurers to ensure timely submission according to the investors’ and insurer’s guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, accounting, or communications
  • 2+ years of financial clerical experience
  • Experience in the mortgage industry and familiarity with residential mortgage documentation preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of computer systems and common software applications, including the ability to use a database for the use of quality control findings and comparison of data, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
