Responsibilities
- Provider Reimbursement Coordinator will review and analyze Benefits data and resolve Medicaid eligibility issues
- Identify and coordinate access to Medicaid benefits
- Ability to navigate benefits databases and generate reports
- Work independently as well as a team player
- Provide internal and external customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of office experience
- Medical office or hospital experience preferred
- Experience or knowledge of Medicaid benefits
- Experience with handling confidential material
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Strong organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals
