Do you have experience supporting a busy office? If so, one of Boston’s leading law firms is looking to hire a Temporary Receptionist to join their office. Apply to gain experience in office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Receptionist will answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate parties or take messages as needed
  • Forward new case calls to appropriate attorney
  • Greet visitors
  • Handle medical records requests for paralegals
  • Maintain conference room schedules
  • Coordinate coffee/water set up for/clean up after meetings
  • Handle weekly attorneys’ meeting lunch orders and coordinate with Office Assistant
  • Sign for hand-deliveries and notify appropriate parties
  • Distribute parking validation tickets and arrange to replenish supply as needed
  • Review incoming faxes for prompt delivery to appropriate parties
  • Enter new case/intake sheet information into case management system
  • Add new referring attorney/firm information to case management system
  • Prepare letters and follow up on medical records requests

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of receptionist experience
  • Positive attitude and great customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
