Our client is seeking multiple Temporary Senior Recruiters to add to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. This position will ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.


  • Senior Recruiter will establish recruiting requirements by understanding the goals and objectives of the department; meeting with managers to discuss needs
  • Build networks to develop a pipeline of qualified passive candidates
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
  • Assist in developing and updating job descriptions
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for all requisitions assigned
  • Assist with programmed hiring as needed
  • Source and recruit candidates through college boards, professional organizations, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidate job applications and resumes
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews
  • Administer pre-employment and promotional tests as needed
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Provide reporting on status of all assigned requisitions, time-to-fill, and overall processing of requisitions
  • Foster relationships both internally and externally to ensure staffing goals are reached


  • Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Resources, Business, or related field 
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, human resources generalist, or related field 
  • Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and Human Resources best practices
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong work experience developing relationships and partnering with teams
  • Effective organizational, analytical, confidentiality, quantitative, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PeopleSoft
  • The ability to travel to locations outside of the office to meet with hiring managers, conduct interviews, etc.
  • Recruiting experience for an in-house HR department or staffing firm preferred
  • Experience in recruitment for all levels of roles, from entry-level to C-Suite preferred
