Trust and Estate Paralegal
Salary: Up to $52K
3+ years of trust and estate experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal required

Responsibilities
- Trust and Estate Paralegal will handle matters pertaining to estate planning, probate, inheritance, trusts and estates
- Trusts and estates work can include aspects of family law, taxation law, business law, inheritance law and probate law, as well as community property, joint ownership and charitable gifts
- Responsible for other duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 + years of experience as a Trust & Estates Paralegal
- Probate experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of asset distribution/settlements
- Exposure to probate filings and deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Commitment to provide high quality client service
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger collaborative team
