Kelly graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Psychology & Human Development and Family Studies. She has years of experience helping and supporting children and families, allowing her to develop an impressive background in effective communications.
Kelly has always been interested in making connections with people and finding the best ways to utilize her interpersonal skills in a professional setting. Combining her background in Human Resources and Customer Service, she quickly became a tremendous asset to the JOHNLEONARD team, as a Staffing Consultant in the Temporary Division.
She joined the staffing industry determined to apply her experience communicating across many different cultures and backgrounds in supporting and guiding job seekers in pursuit of their goals. Kelly’s passion for helping others is what makes her great at what she does and helps ensure a positive experience for everyone she interacts with.
